Who operates this site

Information is for general purposes — verify before you buy
We compile pre-construction project information — pricing, floor plans, site plans, incentives, deposit structures, occupancy timing, and availability — from builders and other sources. This information is provided for general information only. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, and it can change without notice.
E.&O.E. (errors and omissions excepted). Prospective purchasers must independently verify all pricing, incentives, floor plans, renderings, availability, deposit structure, occupancy, and every other project detail with the builder and their own advisors before making any purchase decision. Renderings and illustrations are artist's concepts. Prices and specifications are set by the builder and are subject to change.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy real estate where prohibited, and nothing here is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on anything you read here.
Registration and our relationship
Registering for a project lets us send you information and is free of charge. Registration alone does not create a buyer-representation agreement. A brokerage relationship is formed only when a written representation agreement is signed, as required under Ontario's Trust in Real Estate Services Act (TRESA). When we represent you, we represent you — not the developer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- Copy, scrape, republish, or resell content or listings without our written permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, including the internal dashboard;
- Interfere with the site's operation or security, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Intellectual property
The Housen.ca name, page content, layout, and design are owned by us or used under licence. Builder names, project names, renderings, and the RE/MAX marks belong to their respective owners. You may not use any of these without permission from the rightful owner.
Third-party links and content
This site may link to or display content from third parties, including builders and municipal or transit sources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housen.ca and its brokers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content, including decisions made based on pricing, availability, or other project information that later changes. The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide and is part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
