Muhammad leads the pre-construction side of Housen.ca. He works directly with builders and their sales teams on new releases across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond — which is how registered buyers get price lists, floor plans, and allocations in the first window. Buyers work with him from the first registration through worksheet, signing, and closing, with straight answers on deposit structures, incentives, and which release actually fits their budget. He serves clients in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
