Who we are

precon.housen.ca is operated by Muhammad Ashiq and Ashiq Hussain, Brokers, of Housen.ca — RE/MAX Millennium Real Estate, Brokerage, located at 25-81 Zenway Blvd., Vaughan (Woodbridge), Ontario, L4H 0S5. In this policy "we," "us," and "Housen.ca" refer to that brokerage team. We are the party responsible for the personal information collected through this site.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and send the information you ask for:

  • Information you give us when you register or contact us: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in a message or the project/city you are interested in.
  • Information collected automatically when you browse: standard analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring links. This is used in aggregate to improve the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers through this site.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your personal information to:

  • Send you the pre-construction information you requested — price lists, floor plans, site plans, incentives, and release updates;
  • Contact you about the specific project or city you registered for, and about similar pre-construction projects that may suit you;
  • Answer your questions and provide real estate brokerage services;
  • Maintain our records and improve the content and performance of the site.

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a registration or contact form, to contact you. We will not use your information for a new purpose without your consent unless required or permitted by law.

Email and electronic messages (CASL)

When you register, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Housen.ca about pre-construction projects and related updates. Every email we send identifies us, includes our mailing address, and contains a working unsubscribe link. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe or by emailing or calling us using the details below. We act on opt-out requests promptly.

How we share information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers who operate on our behalf — for example our website host, email/CRM provider, and analytics tools — and only to the extent they need it to perform their service. They are bound to protect your information and use it only for that purpose.
  • When required by law — to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property.

Builders set their own pricing and release processes; we do not pass your contact details to a builder without telling you. As your brokerage, we represent you, not the developer.

Where your information is stored
